How credits are used

In Conference mode, if 40 people listen in Spanish and 3 in French, you pay for just 2 languages. Listeners don't add to usage: the total audience (regardless of language) only sets the event's scale and its cap. For events, passes come out 20-45% cheaper than paying by the minute.
Event passes (self-service)
One pass covers 1 language for 70 minutes (1 hour plus a margin for testing and wrap-up) at an event within its scale's capacity. Three languages? 3 passes. Two hours? 2 passes per language. A started pass is a spent pass; any you don't use stay in your account and never expire. If the audience activates more languages than your passes cover, the extra runs off your credits — or it simply doesn't open.

For events where you don't want to run anything yourself: we set up, test, and support the broadcast.

Do I need to install anything? No: everything runs in the browser. Conference listeners don't even need an account — they scan a QR code and listen.
How do I pay? Choose your package and place your order: we'll reach out to complete payment and activate it. Automatic online payment coming very soon.
Which languages? It recognizes 70+ languages when listening and translates into 13: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian, and Vietnamese.
