Access to the service at https://livetranslate.kaistrategylab.com with the three translation modes (Individual, Conversation and Conference), your balance of credits and passes visible in your profile, session history and a receipt for each order with its reference.
If after payment you do not see your credits or passes credited, write to livetranslate@kaistrategylab.com with your order reference (KLT-XXXXXX) and we will resolve it as a priority.
